DARK TRANQUILLITY Premier New Material At Korea's BUSAN ROCK FESTIVAL

August 6, 2004

Sweden's DARK TRANQUILLITY premiered two brand-new songs — "Through Mud Eyes/Lens" and "Blunt Force" — during their appearance at the fourth annual Busan Rock Festival on Friday August 6) in Busan, South Korea.

According to one concert attendee, "DARK TRANQUILLITY did a cool thing. When the Korean record company officials wanted to close the line for autographs, they refused. The band's manager (big guy/tubby with blond hair, a beard and a DT girlie t-shirt — a site to behold!) convinced the Busan Rock employee to keep the line open. Sadly, a whole bunch of people were directed to the tour bus. I tried to explain that the line re-opened. Hopefully, a few people understood."

As previously reported, DARK TRANQUILLITY have completed recording and mixing their new album, tentatively due later in the year.
